Each 50 minute session is $190. A sliding scale fee of $70 is offered based on availability and are 40 minute sessions. If you aren't able to financially commit to weekly or biweekly sessions, consider healing with others in groups. Group therapy is a great way to get introduced to the therapeutic healing process in an affordable manner.

We are in-network with EAPs (employee benefit programs) New Direction and Life Works. Check with your employer to see if you can see me for free as an employee benefit.
We see military veterans through The Wounded Warrior Project. Some veterans may qualify for free sessions.
If you have insurance we can provide you with necessary documentation to provide your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask "is out of network psychotherapy by a licensed counselor in Arkansas authorized?" We can provide a 'superbill' after each session for your possible reimbursement.
Fees for services and copays can be paid before or at the time of service with cash, debit & credit cards, FSA/HSA.
Yes. Because of amazing technological advances, we are able to see clients that are anywhere in the state of Arkansas. We conduct counseling sessions in a secure online video platform or over the phone with clients to meet the needs of any Arkansan that may be suffering in silence and can't physically come into our office.
Yes. Family or couple sessions are 60 minutes and $220 per session.
Absolutely. I speak to churches, human resources departments, and other groups regarding career counseling, coping skills, anger management, realistic parenting expectations, Christian and social conflicts, interpersonal relationship building, and NCE testing strategies.
We offer consultation services for Crisis Intervention through Critical Incident Response for groups or individuals. Raysha currently advises others as a neurofeedback mentor and Brainspotting CIT. Raysha offers independent diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) assessments or evaluations of current practices, along with recommendations of corrective actions, to organizations that would like to incorporate and stay abreast of these cultural competency components.
Contact our office and schedule a free consultation with Carolyn or simply schedule your initial evaluation online now. Once you have confirmed you want to work with us, head over to the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and create your profile. This is a critical step because if you don't select Carolyn as your SAP, you cannot attend your appointment. If you need help creating your profile, just give us a call and we will walk you through it. The next step is you completing some documents and consent forms digitally before your initial appointment.
